It is filled with problems too, and we should conquer it with bravery, hope, and a healthy mindset. 



Don't change to make someone happy unless that someone is you.


As the famous quotation says, "Change is the only constant in this world," but we don't change just because; we often change for the betterment of everything. Life is full of ups and downs because that is how it should be, and we should be courageous to face it and not run from it. An integrated life is difficult, especially if life is testing you so severely. We tend to change every time we are hurt or in pain, and we are doing this for ourselves. We should change for ourselves and not for anybody else, or you can adjust for anybody, but you should always be your priority. Life is harsh and beautiful simultaneously; it is also full of surprises that tend to amaze us or hurt us. 


           To be happy and feel content with your life, you should never depend on anything to anyone because we only got ourselves and no one else at the end of the day.so we better change not for others but ourselves alone. Everything else will flow smoothly when we decide to care and love ourselves more than we ever did. as the strategy says, "Change your mind, change your life," it merely means that we should change ourselves to change our life. I hope that we change for the better, not only for us alone but also for others. Just change for yourself because everything will fall into places if you prioritize "you" at all costs. Always choose yourself.


Acknowledge the presence of negative emotions


Learn to mindfully acknowledge the arising of negative emotions from similar experiences that have caused you suffering from the past. Identifying these feelings is better than pretending it is not there or casually taking control over you. It takes practice to recognize these feelings but avoiding noticing it will only perpetuate the pain in the long run and keep you from fully living your life. Rather than turning away from recognizing it, bring a gradual sense of attention to these painful experiences, pinpoint precisely the emotions you are currently feeling, and identify why you think the way you do. Letting go of the past may involve recalling the circumstances before, but it encourages looking at these particular circumstances from a totally different and more sensible perspective. As you turn towards negative feelings and emotions, you will eventually attain the relief you have been anticipating.
